My local MOPS Group (Mothers of Preschoolers) just had it’s first day back after the summer. This will be my 3rd year at this particular MOPS group & my 4th year all together.
I’m quite excited with my table group & that I’ll be sitting with my close friend, Angel. Although she wasn’t able to come today due to being out of town for the long weekend but she’ll be back for the next one.
As a team building exercise, each table was asked to build themselves a tower out of mini marshmallows & tooth picks during the last 30 minutes or so. Our table came up with a lot of different strategies & support & although our tower was pretty wobbly & didn’t stay standing for long we did manage to keep it standing long enough to win for having the highest tower. Yay!
I’m really looking forward to this year with my MOPS Group & all the wonderful lovely ladies that fill it. I highly recommend every mom out there with kiddos 5 & under look into finding a local one in their area. It’s an international program that’s just so fun, & so worth it!
